I Need Fresh Water welcomes International Development Enterprises India (IDEI) as a new member of this website. IDEI is an Indian not -for- profit enterprise committed to providing long-term solutions to poverty, hunger and malnutrition. They stimulate a sustainable and free market by creating demand for affordable technologies and ensuring a sustainable supply chain.

IDEI fits the model of social entrepreneurship that we hope to support through this web site. They are actively seeking ways to develop products and solutions that are affordable to those with the fewest resources in society, and with those products they produce economic opportunity for those in most need of it. Their products enable efficient and sustainable agricultural production for those in need of food stability and economic opportunity.

Through this and other websites we manage, we will be actively recruiting participation by businesses that fall into one or more of these categories:

1. Businesses that buy, resell or use the kind of products manufactured by IDEI. We hope they might learn enough about IDEI through this website to consider purchasing directly from IDEI.
2. Businesses that manufacture or design the kind of products used by IDEI. We hope IDEI will find ways to innovate and reduce costs through relationships with these businesses.
3. Businesses that have similar sales and distribution capabilities in Latin American or African markets with similar at-risk populations. We hope that relationships may be developed to help IDEI expand through these relationships and potentially add products and services through these relationships.
